BCBS hasn’t paid provider from my HSA

Received a letter from Quest Diagnostics saying that I have an outstanding balance of
$14.97
Reviewing BCBS website on Monday March 15th 2010 I verify that I previously submitted that to BCBS.
I will have to call them (BCBS) and find out why the provider hasn’t been paid from my HSA.
